Are your a candidate for Estate Planning?

Of course, everyone is!

Recently started a family?

It doesn’t matter how young you are, it is important to make sure you have a plan in place regarding your health care and financial matters. In recent times we have seen uncertain, unprecedented or unexpected events. Pandemics, Mass Shootings, Natural Disasters to name a few, have caught most of us off guard. Are your assets properly recorded and accounted for so that they can be organized and, ultimately, disbursed to your desired beneficiaries if such a catastrophe reaches you?

Is your family nontraditional?

Does your family consist of a blended family, involve co-habitation without formal marriage, fluid gender roles, etc? The default state statutes do NOT address these specific needs for distribution or care decisions, You should be PREPARED so that your family is PROTECTED!

Special Needs or Medicare Planning

Are you caring for someone with special needs or are you prepared for long term care should you need it? Failing to plan is planning to fail. Put a plan in place to care for your loved one who can’t care for themselves. Plan for your OWN care should you become disabled or need assisted living resources.
