Betsy Holton has been practicing law over 20 years.
Ms. Holton has extensive legal experience and has trained on several Estate Planning platforms. Her strong commitment of community involvement has included serving as a member of the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations and an unwavering commitment to various charities and other groups. Ms. Holton cares about the people she represents, whether working for the benefit of young single individuals or complex asset protection for seasoned families.  Her gentle efficient demeanor and ability to understand the dynamics families face in these trying times.  As the mother of a special needs daughter, her empathy is exemplified in each endeavor as clients reach their goals.
Ms. Holton graduated with a BA in Economics from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia and received her JD from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.   Ms. Holton is a member of the American Bar Association, The National Bar Association, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the Florida Bar, The Middle District of Florida and the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. Ms. Holton is a member of the Personal Family Lawyer network with only approximately  500 lawyers across the country who specialize in a unique brand of life and legacy planning.  She is also recognized as a Lawyer of Distinction in Estate Planning for the second year in a row.
